Eligibility for Refunds
A client is eligible for a refund only under the following circumstances:
1. Non-Delivery of Order – If your order was not delivered at all.
2. Delay in Delivery – If we fail to deliver your order within the agreed-upon timeframe.
3. Incorrect Style – If the outfit delivered is not the style you originally selected.
4. Improper Fit – If the outfit does not fit as per the provided measurements or agreed sizing.
Refund Process
• To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• You must provide clear pictures and details to verify the issue.
• If your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after placing an order.
• Wrong Measurements Provided – If the incorrect size was due to inaccurate measurements provided by the client, a refund will not be issued.
• Damage Due to Client’s Handling – Any damage caused after delivery is not covered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
All international orders are shipped via DHL
and other reputable carriers . Delivery times vary depending on location, typically spanning 7-14 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
When ordering outside Ghana Africa, the recipient assumes the role of importer and must adhere to all laws and regulations of the destination country. Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be imposed upon receipt of the shipment, for which the recipient is responsible.
Vhest cannot predict or control these charges.
Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Any refusal of shipment due to unexpected import fees will not be eligible for refund, including the original shipping and return shipping charges.
